By harnessing the Cooleaf technology platform, leaders inside the organizations can keep their teams updated on all events and activities happening inside the organization. The app makes it simple for employees and members to see a list of upcoming company outings and register to attend.
Whether its volunteer/community service, team building, social events, health & wellness challenges, employees will be up-to-date on what, when and where these activities are taking place. Employees can participate in fitness step challenges using the health-tracking device such as Fitbit, Misfit and Apple Health App. In order to participate in Cooleaf step challenge, the user must authenticate the id and password of the selected device that will be used to track steps. The user is given an option to allow Cooleaf to read steps data from the device. The challenge participant’s steps are synchronized on an hourly interval and challenge leaderboard is updated accordingly.
Cooleaf member profile feature allows users to personalize their interest, upload profile picture and view other people’s profile inside the organization. Employees can earn reward points by participating in various activities and redeem points to receive e-gift cards and merchandise offered by the company.
